Ricky Rudd and Kyle Petty, who finished 23rd and 37th in the points standings, received NASCAR’s permission to test Jan. 13-15.

Smart move by Kyle.
Jeff's looking good so far. He had a bunch of cars built the way he liked them in the offseason. Hopefully they can keep up with the other teams as their speeds rise. Last year Andretti was at the bottom of the list throughout testing, so this is a very good sign.
