Ratings for this race fell from 10.8 to 9.8.

Interesting.

I wonder what the worldwide ratings are, and what they will be compared to the openers of IRL, CART and F1.
 
People don't like hanging around for a rain delay....sooner or later, I hope they realize that tires with tread will fit on those cars....
 
I think the IRL is going to set new standards for itself this year. Especially now with all the top teams bailing out of Cart, but I was thinking this way before I learned that. Seems like the IRL recieved alot of positive publicity last year.
 
Give IRL another 2 years and they will hurting Nascar big time especially if they stay on the ovals. IRL puts on a class show and i actually watch it to completion when it is on. Nothing beats 3 wide going across the finish line.....oh wait yeh the trucks did that didn't they? Hmmm do i sense a pattern here? Could it be that plates aren't really a good idea? <_<
 
It was because of the rain. Still, a 9.8 isn't bad. Not what Fox was looking for, I'm sure.
