They already do. New Smyrna World Series and Volusia Speedweeks. In fact, some of SPEED's on air talent covers those races for other outlets -- one of which is Speed51 which is run by SPEED's Bob Dillner. SPEED won't cover races like that unless they are paid to cover them. And even then, they will find the first excuse to bail out of the deal.
