We needed the Virginia State Police and DC City Administrator to tell us traffic is going to suck on Inauguration Day?
Traffic sucks on the Crapital Beltway EVERYDAY. Add in 5 million people and, of course, it's going to be suckier. Didn't have to be a VSP or DC city administrator to figure that one out.
