De Got A New Toy Yesterday!!

yep, he finally broke down and bought his forced feed wheel for his pc and got NASCAR 2002 also..........told him, just do it, treat yourself and he did..............:D
so he is happy now..........:D
 
Isn't NASCAR 2003 about to come out? He should have waited on the game. I know it's about to come out for PS2 next month. I've already got it on order bought and paid for.:)
 
I thought you were going to say he finally got the Jimmy Spencer Easy Bake Donut Maker!:p What a let down, just a computer part! Hope enjoys the new toys and don't forget the Donut maker for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny.........haha!!:) I've heard about that treasured Jimmy Spencer diecast collection of yours!! Would be valuable if there were a market for it.:D

Anyway.......yeah, I got me a new toy (actually 2 toys). A force feed back racing wheel and NASCAR Racing 2002 game. Cutiepie insisted and what's a big kid to do when your Sweetie insists?:D

Now DE 2 you know how much you went on about that donut maker at the club meetings!! Think of the money you would save us by making Jimmy your own special recipe!:smileyb:

The diecast collection bit the dust when my daughter raced the neighbor Jimmy Style!!:D
 
Okay would you send that recipe again? It got jelly all over it before the last meeting when you decided to make Jimmy's favorite to try to make for not getting the donuts there in time for Michigan's race!!:D
 
Now you know Jimmy doesn't care what kind so long as they're round and have icing on them! I still think he sees a big donut on the hood of his target car!:D
 
I'm supposed to be getting one of those force feedback wheels from the guy I gave my SAAB to. That, and NASCAR 2001, I think. Hope it's as cool as I've heard! :)

Yeah, I know...not the most even trade in the world, but I did my folks a favor by getting it out of their garage. :uhmnotsur
 
Be prepared to wreck abooja.........those sims are hard!!:D I did win an 18 lapper at California once but I was just lucky.......never duplicated it again!!:) They are fun though......graphics are great if you have a hot video card!

Hey have we elected a new president for the club yet? I thought Lappy gave up his office. Have you converted your wife enough to appoint her pres? How can you turn down this face!!

make sure when you send the t-shirt, send some donuts too.......

Hey DE, glad to see that you bought The game. The best there is I sure think. If you get a chance maybe we could have an online game? If....I can get a stupid problem fixed. Does anyone know what to do if you go to the online part of a game and you are automatically disconnected? thx

Do I get to practice first......I crash really bad first 1/2 dozen or times I play!!:) Don't ask me about online gaming.......I've never done it. Give me a week or two and sure......I'm not against embarrassing myself!!:D

I do have a really good video card!

But I'm pretty sure I'm going to stink at this game, don't worry. :)

The whole hand-eye coordination thing hasn't been any good since Donkey Kong. :( :)
 
Too bad for me, only a 16 mb card for me. Makes the graphics bad at some tracks. Sounds like its time for an update for me. And as for you DE, I'll give you a while to practice and I'll try to figure out my online problem...
 
nVidia Gforce 2 400mmx 64megs on board ram. Soundblaster Live 5.1. Video and audio isn't a problem with me. Problem here is wrecking!!:D Haven't even installed the game yet...but tried out the force feed back wheel on a freebie that came with it. Not bad...........not bad at all!!:)

Next computer (home brew, like this one) will have one of those 200 buck video cards and whatever is Soundblaster's best at the moment!! But that is a ways away right now!!:(
 
Just think of how advanced PC's will be in just 10 years. Heck I bought this in 00 and Its already really outdated. Too bad, makes me want to start up my own PC company...
