Deegan update

It seems
the game plan is to get in the laps in the back and move up
in the race results passing the dropouts.
After yesterday's longest green flag run, she was almost 20 seconds behind the car in front of her. That's not a deliberate plan to hang back, that's an inability to keep up.
 
This is a huge leap honestly. Jimmie Johnson couldn't handle the transition to road/street in an OW car. I'm not surprised but I'm still impressed she's trying.
