I gotta go with Jamie Mac for causing the big crash in the nationwide race just now trying to block Bowyer.

I thought the boob was me at first for missing the race. Then I remembered I DVR'd it and talked myself into the thought that the 48 fell out of the race cause I didn't watch it.So I don't think of myself as a boob anymore.

I didnt see either race- We worked on the Camaro all day.

I nominate McMurray, based on the video. He shoulda knew he couldnt fit there.

Can't forget about Kyle Busch causing the first crash that took out like 5 cars or so.

GO ahead and get that jab in there. There are many possibilities for that one...Mabey the car in front of Kyle had older tires and lifted a bit....Mabey Kyle bumped drafter and the guy couldn't hang onto it like most guys can...Kyle barley touched him.

Johnson by far gets the bonehead this week.

Not only did he cut off his teammate which caused a chain reaction and wrecked Gordon, but he also failed to understand what "clear low, only high ment" and thus took himself out.

I say we separate Cup and N'wide because JJ was a horse's rear in the Cup, and Jamie won that honor in N'wide.

I say the bonehead in the cup race was the 48.

Agree with all the above. JJ gets the boob award big time. I bet the crowd cheered when he hit the wall, I know I did. I think it is about time Mr I am royally entitled gets his clock cleaned
And by the way if he were to start getting his clock cleaned weekly I am fairly sure NASCAR's ratings will soar.

what did Mike Bliss do?

He's the one that run into the back of Jeff Burton that ultimately wiped out Gordon. He had a run on the outside but had nowhere to go. Instead of checking up, he decided to run into the back of Burton.

I'm pretty sure on the broadcast they said Burton cut up in front of him, I'd say that was all Burton

Wow, stop the presses, JJ actually admitted to making a mistake!!!

Johnson takes blame for incident with Gordon: #48-Jimmie Johnson took the blame for making a mistake that ultimately led to teammate #24-Jeff Gordon's wreck at Talladega Superspeedway. Johnson said he was trying to slide in front of Gordon late in Sunday's race so the two Hendrick Motorsports drivers could draft together toward the front. But, he said Gordon was coming too fast. Johnson's move instead had the effect of a block, and Gordon was forced off the apron in a defensive move. His momentum gone, Gordon slide back in traffic and was caught moments later in a multi-car crash. "I misjudged the closing rate," Johnson said. "We all make mistakes, I am no different. Certainly, that was my fault. I made the mistake there." Gordon, who drove his damaged car to a 22nd-place finish, was furious with his teammate after the race. "The 48 is testing my patience, I can tell you that," Gordon said Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway. "It takes a lot to make me mad." Johnson was involved in his own accident later and finished 31st. Johnson had already left the track when Gordon, also a four-time series champion, talked of his frustration with his teammate. "I would have stuck around if I knew what was waiting for me," Johnson said. But Johnson again dismissed any notion of a rift with Gordon. The two tangled a week ago at Texas Motor Speedway, but downplayed any potential tensions. "There's no doubt after the fact that frustrations are high, the wreck just compounded it," Johnson said. "I think he was speaking out of frustration.(Associated Press)(4-27-2010)

I don't know. He seems like he is still blaming Gordon. He did say that he was attempting to hook up with Gordon so that they could make a run to the front. According to 4-time, Gordon was simply going to fast. :sarcasm:

Yep, he doesn't seem too upset about it. Just making another excuse. I almost missed that part until they played it back and my husband (who usually teases me relentlessly about Jeff) started yelling, "Jimmie caused it!! It's all Jimmie's fault!!!"

What I'm hoping is, the other guys have now seen his teammate is speaking up about him and he's no longer "hands off" and they'll start really racing him hard, too.

We had some family drama going on and I missed a lot of the NNS race, but I did rewind and watch it. That was a horrible crash! If Jamie Mac caused that, then he'll get the nod from me.
