Did my civic duty

I hate those ads. You see one that says Joe is the best man for the job and then Joe is the worst person ever 30 seconds later.

For the first time in a long time I almost don't want to vote in this election. As a strong pro-lifer and pro second amendment guy, I just couldn't bring my self to vote democrat. But, man I don't like much at all about Romney.

It would be awesome if I could just cast 1/2 a vote for Romney, as the lesser of two evils, and just vote against every single incumbent no matter what party they represent. Nothing short of a wholesale change could fix what is systematically wrong with our government. And I'm not even sure that that would work either. I just feel like I'm supporting organized crime by voting for anybody who is in right now.

And don't get me started on the political ads. The negative ones (about 98% of the ones we see) usually make me want to vote against the guy who they support.

I stared at my ballot a long time before I finally marked it. I'm not 100% happy with some incumbents but after researching the opposition I figured I was better off staying with most of them.
With the exception of bonds for the Veterans home I voted no on all the other "free money' questions.

I'm with B1. They need a "non-incumbent" straight party vote of some sort.
