Difference between RE24 and RE48 Racing Electronics Headphones

Could anyone please explain the difference between Racing Electronics RE24 and RE 48 Headphones?

I just did a quick look at some pictures and it looks like the RE48 's
are higher on the quality spectrum. They look like the would clamp and cover
your ears a bit better than the 24's which is a main feature to keep out the
noise of a loud track. Over the recent years I've gone to a good pair of
ear buds and a strong pair of noise cancelling headphones that you can buy at
most hardware stores in the chainsaw dept.
