#15-Michael Waltrip has the longest streak without a DNF (did not finish) and starting all the races (in 2002 and 2003) at 27 straight races without a DNF (Richmond Sept 2002), followed by #5-Terry Labonte at 23 straight races without a DNF (Talladega Oct 2002).
