For only $6,250,000 you can buy the house at 20940 Bethelwood Lane, Cornelius, NC. Yeppers for those who may not remember this is the very house our very own Jeff Gordon gave to Brooke as part of their divorce settlement.
This Real Estate Company has the listing. The pics are pretty good. It is kinda small tho. Only 9916 SF and only a 3 car garage. So you'd have to figure out how to make do. It is on the lake with a nice dock so that's a plus... :)
 
I was interested until I was how small the boat house is. I don't think my yacht would fit in there too well. :rolleyes:
 
Strange, just the other day I was talking to Brooke and she was telling me about the time you were going to dock your yacht and she asked what you were going to do with that little dinghy...
 
I don't know...... I'm torn between buying the house and using the money to invest at Evernham Motorsports.....Erin Crocker needs a ride :p
 
I'd buy that house if I actually had the money. I like the exercise room.

I'm with you on this, and it's not all that far from where I live. Hmmm, come to think of it, my supervisor lives on that lake. Don't know if his house is as nice, but then again, I've never been there. :)

Oh to be able to purchase such property. :cool:

I bet this one wouldn't be worth as much if Jeff Gordon hadn't lived in it. JMHO
