Does it seem like cautions are lasting longer?

I feel like over the last few years cautions are taking much longer than normal.
Even for single car spins
Yesterday on Lap 184 the #50 truck spun, with no damage and they were under caution for 7 laps!
Too me that is insane, I feel like it should have only been 4 laps, but 7?!?!!?
And that's not the only time I've noticed
If there's debris on the track that'll take 6 laps or so to get em back racing
I just feel like cautions are lasting much much longer nowadays

I fast forward through the cautions but some seem to last an inordinate amount of time based on the number of minutes between the caution and the green.

I mean looking back Fontana end of stage 1 took 10 laps and end of stage 2 took 12 laps!

Also sometimes when theirs a multi car wreck there will be 6 laps of caution, ok thats fine, but then how can a single spin cause 6 laps of caution!!!

nothing more then maknig sure its not a fuel milage race because we can't have unpopular drivers like
Brad k winning the title

There have been several fuel mileage races this year. Such as the 2 biggest races of the year, Daytona and the 600

But there have also been 10-15 races that should have been fuel mileage but were not due to longer yellows
