Does the 96 car have a guaranteed starting spot?

Hi does the 96 car have a guaranteed starting spot i was just curious if that's why gibbs put or asked the owners of the 96 car if he could put logano in or does the 96 car have to qualify in on speed?

Also was the weather forecast for this weekend why gibbs didn't bring the 02 car like he did at richmond and does gibbs plan to run logano in that car for anymore races this year?

The 96 does have a guaranteed starting position.

And they're calling for rain today and tomorrow up in New England. Same system that's supposed to give us rain today and tomorrow (go effin' figure rain on raceday)

Jeez, what happened to Brad Coleman? The hyped him up in th 96 car, then he practiced/started/finished dead last in Chicago or one race, and Kenny Schrader's been in the car since.
