Does the canuck James Hinchcliffe have a chance at the 'ship this year?

I watched much more indy when DP was in the seat. I find myself drawn to it though. Indycar has magic and finesse,,,NASCAR is all about muscle and brute force
 
JH is a great guy and I think he has the talent
though its been streaky at times. With Penske out there,
it will be tough.
