Dover Fall Race - Reserved Parking?

We've been going to the fall Dover Race for a few years now. The first year we went, they parked us on a nice paved lot. Life was good! The tailgating was top-notch. Then the past few years, they parked us in a muddy field. Life wasn't good. The ground was soggy, we ruined our shoes, and we couldn't set up a table because of the soggy ground. The paved lots all required some sort of parking pass. So I called Dover, and they acted like I was speaking Greek. They said that all the parking is the same, and the only "reserved" parking is for employees. Does anyone know how to get a paid parking pass to ensure a paved spot?

It's possible, but I don't think so. We get there before the sun is up, and those other cars have some sort of parking pass on their mirrors.

I got ours for the June race through the Casino. Parked by the handicap spaces next to the front door of the place.
