24. Iowa Speedway

Iowa Speedway is horrible. They ran that IndyCar World Series race there and it sucked.

But I like adding Springfield.

I'm not sure about adding Eldora to the Cup schedule. Hagerstown Speedway is a little bit bigger, that would be a better fit for Cup. Although if it's about the track being short and challenging, Potomac Speedway would be awesome for that. That track's got a lot of banking in the turns and it's dirt.

Talk about exciting.

I shouldn't have left out VMS. They'd be better for a Cup race than Potomac. VMS can handle the large crowds as can Hagerstown, but I'm not so sure about Potomac.

The Hooters Pro Cup, and Busch East/West series races that ive watched on tv from Iowa have all been real good races. Ive heard alot of asa lm drivers say its a cool track as well.

You know everyone keeps talking about the Hooters Pro Cup and how good it is. Well, I for one, would rather see a Hooters D Cup any day...

I haven't seen any of your typical posts (like this one) in the last few days. I was beginning to think someone rational hijacked your screen name. Then you post this. I, for one, am glad to see your back to your normal self. :)

:p

How about the track in Reno...

That's only 30 races. The season is 36. Do you give the drivers 6 more weekends off or do you need to add another track or 2.
How about 3 at Bristol and 3 at NWilkesboro?

The possibility of racing at North Wilkesboro is slim. I'd love to see it myself though. Maybe Bruton the pompus azz will come to his senses.

There you go BP. You have just made it a perfect package deal. I vote for it.

I don't care to see some dum ax RP races or road courses or cookie cutters if we could get some tracks where the racing has generally been good.

But ... the Daytona 500? It would be plain stupid to get rid of that race.

Why? It's all hype anyways. You could take The Rock and if you pumped enough sunshine up its rear for 3 months and then had 10 days of non stop coverage it would be just as big as Daytona. Well, if Rockingham had the infrastructure in hotels, restaurants, etc., but you know what I mean...

Don't forget the BEACH

I want the Cup Series to return to Rockingham, at least one race.

I'd like the Nationwide Series to add Mansfield.

We're going to the Mansfield Truck race (just recently moved back to Columbus, Ohio), and all of my buddies here say it's the best race they've been to. This includes two friends that went to Atlanta with me twice when I was living in Savannah, and one that goes to the Brickyard yearly. I put a lot of faith in them with those credentials. :) I went to Atlanta every year in the spring (obviuously not this year :( ) and it was unbelieveable. Seats just as they entered turn 3, the boys going at 200 or better, freaking awesome.

::sigh::

...gonna miss that.
