Hello everyone! Well the reason I am starting this post is because one of our local dirt late model drivers was in a very serious car accident Tuesday evening. Some of you might know of him or even know him.. Duayne Hommel.. he was the Southern All Stars Champion last year and he was leading the points this year. He is only 25 yrs old. He is married with a 1 yr old son. Right now he is in UT MedicalCenter in Knoxville in the trauma unit. He has serious head injuries... We went down last nite to the hospital to see him and all I could do is stand there and cry.. But I have known him for a very long time.. He is a stong person and right now he is fighting for his life.. Please say a prayer him and his family tonite before you go to bed..
