Three paint schemes have been unveiled for the Memorial Day weekend running of the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway with each paying tribute to the men and women in uniform.
Jeff Gordon will carry the Department of Defense logo on the hood of the No. 24 along with a color change on the primary paint scheme that will see the flames on the car switch to aqua.
Denny Hamlin’s FedEx Chevrolet will support the Marines with a red and black FedEx Freight paint scheme.
Finally, Jimmie Johnson will return in his traditional patriotic Power of Pride car that will feature the USO on the deck lid.
Check back with RacingOne to see if more military paint schemes will be released for the May 27th running of NASCAR’s longest race.
