On my way there for tonights USAC Ted Horn 100 and they already cancelled it. I think it had a start time of like 7pm. That track better be under water. I had my tickets on will call, no refunds until they reschedule the race. Bastards! I hope the ARCA race goes better tommorow. I don't think they will reschedule the USAC race anyway, the fair is done after Monday. I saw a Tony Stewart racing hauler going the opposite direction of the track so I had to check online.

A sloppy track might make the ARCA race really interesting.

Or just a wreckfest. I was at Springfield a couple of years ago and it rained before the USAC race. They do a really good job getting that track back into shape, they bring out some big equipment and tear it up. So i'm suprized they cancelled it so quickly. Too bad there is not much interesting stuff to do in Southern Illinois(although its not as bad as Oklahoma City). I'm heading to Metropolis, IL(they claim to be the hometown of Superman) to check out Harrahs casino and the giant Superman statue.

Just went by the DuQuoin exit a little bit ago. Perfect weather, not a dark cloud in the sky... That always seems to happen when they cancel a race this early.

These races suck lately and I'm not watching until someone other than Kligerman or Lofton win. It's gotten pathetic that two overfunded teams have won every race.

I like the kid (Parker), but I guarantee you there are 20 drivers who could win with the cars Parker's showing up with.

Notice he didn't win a single race until Cunningham/Penske started bringing Cup cars to the track.

He won the sixth race of the year, Weren't all of his cars cup cars anyway? I agree that a lot of the other drivers could win in his cars and it would be nice to see someone else win. Also, Tom Hessert was being a bastard today.

Didn't see it... because ACME dropped the ball.

For a lot of the race he was the first car 1 lap down and he kept messing with the leader too much. He haned Kliggerman the lead by messing with Fike(although I think Parker would have gotten around him anyway). He does that stuff a lot, also wrecks people for no reason.
