Changing Lanes is a unique and exciting new competition docu-series chronicling the search for the next generation of women and minority race car drivers in America's most-watched form of motorsports. The series follows a group of hopefuls as they compete for a coveted spot on Max Siegel's NASCAR Revolution Racing team and debuts Wednesday, Sept. 1 at 8:00pm/et on BET.

Sounds like Rousch's 'Gong Show' to me.
