Yeah heres a little something i found on Jayski -

#51 Team to return at Phoenix: been told the #51 BlackJack Racing Dodge of Dexter Bean will return to the Sprint Cup Series at Phoenix. The team attempted the first three races of the 2009 season, failing to make any with three different drivers, Kelly Bires, David Starr and Bean. After failing to make the race at Las Vegas, BlackJack Racing moved their race operations from Mooresville, NC back to Westby, Wisconsin and has been preparing cars for Phoenix. Live Wire Energy Chews will be sponsoring the #51 Dodge and the team plans to test at the La Crosse Faigrounds Speedway in West Salem, Wisconsin.(4-8-2009)

Dexter Bean attempted to make Las Vegas but crashed on his warm up lap. He is an Arca driver whos dad owns the car.
 
That darn Dexter Bean just keeps on trying to get in! :D

ARCA Series driver.

He, unfortunately, doesn't have a ride because his sponsor (Team Glock, a gun safety company) was all but forced out of the series. SPEED wouldn't give Dexter any airtime because guns kill people

Dexter had a lot of great runs last year in ARCA, but didn't have the finishes to show for it. He was on his way to winning the Inaugural ARCA New Jersey 150 when he made a pit stop under caution handing the lead and the win to Justin Allgaier. There were a few short track races he was contending in and either blew a motor, had a problem in the pits or got dumped.

I like Dexter a lot but he doesn't belong in Sprint Cup. He'd be better off running Nationwide or Trucks. Then again, you've gotta take what's out there in this economy.
