Most of these are completely ridiculous, in my opinion. There are only so many notes, chords, etc. in the universe. With so many songs being written it is simply bound to happen that some parts of some are going to sound like some parts of others. That being said, I think the guys who wrote "Amazing" and their publishers are going to be getting paid after listening to the chorus of that song "Photograph" as well. If it wasn't intentional, it was one hell of a coincidence and too close of one not to pay those guys anyway to prevent people from doing exactly this type of thing.
