Editing Posts

I tried to edit a post for a mispelled word and it offered to delete it - which it chose to do. It didn't delete it. Does anyone know how to edit a post or is that a thing of the past? Can these post be deleted or do we have to beg somebody to do it?

Well, I managed to edit this post but the Kyle Petty thread only gives me the option to delete. Just have to keep trying I guess.

When I edit a post I just edit it and do nothing else.
