????????? Now the 17 doesn't have enough sponsors for the year and the 99 does.Best Buy is already on the 17 and still has races open???Plus the 17 already won a race for you already this year??????

I believe that Best Buy wanted this as part of the sponsorship deal for the #17. Although I'm sure Jack's to blame somehere ;)
