Dennis Erb Jr. and Eddie Carrier Jr. are amid swapping the Top 5 points standing lead for guidelined events paying alteast $5,000. in there respective regions. As June wraps up Erb has tallied 11 Top 5 finishes, with 3 of them being 'W's'. Friday's SUMMERNATIONALS $10,000. victory in Indiana puts Erb and the # 28 'Petroff Towing, J&J Steel, Thomason Express, PRC' sponsored Rayburn / Rhyne powered, Chevy Impalla SS team back out front in the standings, and coupled with Sunday's 3rd place nod in Illinois, THE SALT ROCK EXPRESS (Carrier) of West Virginia now has to make-up a 70 point margin, despite being ahead by one in the WIN column. Carrier was going for the Pennsylvania MEGA MONEY, worth $40,000. with the World of Outlaw Late Model series at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver. They will all have to wait it out as two of the three day weekend were washed out by mothernature. Out of the 62 entries Carrier and 2007 Northern RANKINGS champ Robbie Blair (who's currently 3rd in the standings) both qualified in the 20's range. Last season Northern RANKINGS runner-up Jason Covert and Colby Frye (no relation to Bill) were the highest qualifying PA POSSE members on Friday.

Clay County Speedway in Iowa also host a WDRL series event on Friday paying $5,000. On Saturday night in the Battle of the Bluegrass series is at Sitka, KY for a $5,000. to win show at 201 Speedway, while Fairbury's American Legion Speedway rumbles for the weekends second $10K SNL's race.
