Crocker wins 2007 Hoosier Tire Superspeedway Award

In the hoopla that is the Talladega weekend, did anyone notice that Erin Crocker won the 2007 ARCA RE/MAX Hoosier Superspeedway Challenge Award?

Davey Allison. Lee Raymond. Mike Wallace. Tim Steele. Mark Gibson. Frank Kimmel. Some of the most recognizable names in motor sports are past recipients of the ARCA RE/MAX Series’ Hoosier Tire Superspeedway Challenge.

The prestigious award honors the race team with the highest combined point total on speedways greater than one mile in length. Crocker, despite not winning an event, scored the most points in ARCA RE/MAX series speedway races longer than a mile this year. She is the first female ever to win that award.

This site says Lauren, and it's his fan club. There is some debate of whether he says Lauren or Warren. Most agree on Lauren.

Actually, it is Lauren. Do a google search and you will see that while many people, such as yourself and me as well thought that it was Warren, such is not the case.

You can go to Wikipedia and look up Geico and there you will see the reference to Lauren as well.
