A couple of things though.

What's with the fans all lined up with their nose to the fence (2:05 mark) ?

Looks kinda dangerous.

Outside rear view mirrors. Now that's different.

At about the 2:50 minute mark you see fans with umbrellas in the stands.

Do they race in the rain ?
 
Pretty cool, I had no idea there was even an oval track in Holland at all. The only European oval tracks I knew of at all was Rockingham (in the UK) and the temporary circuit in Tours, France that the NASCAR Euro series races at. Neat looking track and series.

Everyone can look with their nose on the fence and than you see how fast they go.
They also drive in the rain, if it is not raining to hard.
