and Sergio Perez will replace Hamilton at McClaren in 2013

Sauber's replacement for Perez has not been announced or determined yet.
Neither has Schumacher's future been announced.

I know it was a bad kept secret but I don't know if Mercedes can give Hamilton a championship caliber ride next year. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out for Lewis.

I think it was a money deal, McLaren made a big counter offer, but Mercedes offers more marketing opportunitie$ as well as a fat contract

And Lewis gets a chance to run inferior equipment that can't turn in the corner like a Mclaren?

Lewis will be lucky to get a pole next year much less a win.

But on the flip side, maybe his gear boxes will last an entire race.

I could see leaving Mclaren for Ferrari or Red Bull but not Mercedes.

It's been pretty obvious he's been gone for a while now. Crappy pit stops, reliability has been going down hill. Almost looked like they were trying to get him to leave.

One would hope the constructors points, but thats down the crapper too, so I'm sure you're right.
