I'd like tony but theres this thing in racing where you can't spin out other drivers and Tony does that so can't like him. Sorry Smoke

hey you cant blame the man...kind of....he is just trying to protect his lead over the other drivers and i guess you get that sense of urgency to protect that lead that you will do anything to hang on to it...so
 
ya Johnsonchamp48 as far as i know tony has not spun anyone out yet this year and i think JJ has spun someone every week almost
and tony spins people out cause he wants to win and will do anything to do it

Tony seems to be a little more calm this season. I'm not sure why. I want him to get fired up about things again. lol
 
He hasn't changed this season, nor will he ever, he just hasn't had anything to get fired up about, yet.
 
Well for one thing, he answers reporter's question in person. Used to be that unless he won, he was gone and poor Zippy had to do all the talking.

Also, this year he uses the 'that's racing' description more as opposed to always blaming the other guy.

Tony has changed.

OH im sorry sense jgordonkkahne says hes changed that means hes changed cause jgordonkkahne has been watching nascar for 20 years!

Maybe he hasn't really changed, but he sure is acting different. Better, I think. Smarter. Maybe it's sponsor pressure. Or the fact that now he is now a track owner.

Anyway, I hope he keeps it up.
