What is your favorite track in the entire world

it doesn't have to be nascar it can be a dirt track or whatever

so what is it???

I'd have to say Dover, cause I go there and I of course Bristol.

All time favorite; a quarter mile paved bullring in Barre, Vt. The original Thunder Road. They pack the place every Thursday night, have been for years.

Others that rate right up there; Flemington when it was dirt, the old Langhorne Speedway, both dirt and paved, Williams Grove, Catamont Stadium, Westboro and Norwood Arena, Martinsville when it was still hosting the modifieds, the old Bryar Motorsports Park and all of the tracks which were incorporated within the road course, LimeRock Park has to rate right up there as well, along with a bunch of others all over the country that have been, or still are a part of automobile racing.

Can't forget the Super Mods at Oswego, Lee Raceway, the Star and Thompson either.

And of course there's that great little dirt track just over the river in Bradford, Vt., and Canaan and White Mountain Motorsports Park, and Oxford Plains and......

Fonda, OCF, Malta.....
Lord, guess we gotta stop somewhere here?

Or LeMans and Silverstone, the streets of Monaco, the Ring at Nuerenberg (sp?), the old street course at Watkins Glen and the Carriage Roads up Mt. Washington and Pikes Peak, and....

Nearly forgot to mention NHIS. It's only a few minutes down the road from my house and the folks who own and run it are some of the nicest I've ever met anywhere. Really know how to treat the fans, the competitors and the media.

But the all time best race track this week is whereever they're paying the most money for the miles we gotta tow and the car is (or somewhere near at least) legal to run.

Paved,
Dega, Kentucky, Nashville, Bristol, the 2 R/C in nascar, Richmond, Dovor

Dirt
Dega Short Track, Paducah International, Eldora

Darlington, Richmond and Rockingham.

Volunteer Speedway is probably the best dirt track I've been to.

Bristol, Talladaga also like Martinville, Darlington and Homestead got better last year.

U must be another -anti-plate fan then? :D
As long as We still have a nice smorgasboard of track types to choose from in 2005,but it doesn't sound like that'll be the case if even half of these rumors, concerning track dates, come true unfortunately ;) I'm afraid that a fans choice of tracks will be severely limited in the near future,JMO
