I think most of us can name someone who has lived 20+ years obviously without a brain...
And, as to the dummy that left all that money to unc-CH, see obviously someone else who didn't have a brain. She could have used that money to make her days on earth a lot better...
 
I have to say, I felt the same way when I read about her donating the money to UNC. Trust me, they seem to have enough money. I can think of a lot better places to send that money, but then again it isn't my money.
