It's been blowing and going around here today. Heavy thunderstorms and lightning.

The rain is most welcome, but the lightning was too close for comfort.

There's lots of rain and lightning here in Henderson Nevada too. But we needed the rain, we was going through a near drought.

TRL, glad you're getting some rain, I just wish we were gettin' some of it over here just west of ya! Haven't had nary a drop in quite some time now! It's very dry! :(

majestyx, started with the thunder and lightning last night, so I shut down the computer. Got up this morning, was about to turn on, and WHAM! Thunder, lightning, and rain. Got almost 2 inches! Yipeeeee!
 
all we've been able to get is clouds and maybe a sprinkle or two, but as soon as it hits the pavement it evaporates! Glad ya got some rain!
