Seen a descent race on tv today.They replayed the 87 BUSCH 500 from Bristol on ESPN Classic today.It's always fun to watch a Ironhead victory.Chevys,Olds,Pontiac and Fords I love watching the classics

I saw some of that. Did you notice the difference in the track? I remember when it looked like that.

Yes and the smaller field of cars.It was actually was a good show.

I have several of the Bristol races from the 80s --- love that smoking right rear and hearing that tire squeal. That old asphalt plus bias-ply tires made for some great racing.
