New laptop, 4 months old running Edge browser, and it's screwing up. No matter how many times I've gone back into settings it won't remember me. I have to log in each and every time to my mail and favorite websites. So which one, FF or Chrome? Had it with MS...

I have used Fire Fox for a long time and I like it.

Also Use duckduckgo not Google.
Same here, with FireFox there are all kinds of add ons available. I use a do not track me, adblocker ultimate (twitter hates it) and duckduckgo both search and the privacy essentials. They are easy to toggle on and off, add or disable. My browser isn't full of ad junk on the top or sides and it runs fast and clean.

Another thumbs up for Brave here. It's basically Chrome but with built-in ad blocker and whatnot.

Just downloaded and using Brave. First impression are great.

Chrome ads and tracking have been annoying me.
