That's right folks, it's Friday, the phone has been ringing off the hook, and the boss is away.... Time to officially start the first weekly POETS meeting. :cheers: So grab a cold one and let everyone know how happy you are that the weekend is here!! It's going to be a great weekend up here in Montana. Tonight I get to meet up with a bunch of friends I haven't seen in years at the local pub for my ten year reunion. And tomorrow night we have the first race out at the new local dirt track. It has been a year and a week since they closed the old track so we are ready to go! The only thing that would make this weekend better is if there was a race to watch on Sunday, but I guess I can gp golfing instead! Well folks, that's my weekend in a nutshell. Feel free to step up to the mic and let the rest of us know your plans and whatever else is on your minds. Even if you just feel like venting, this is the place to do it, 'cause you know what........Piss on everything, tomorrow's Saturday!!

Sounds like you have a great weekend planned. Enjoy it and be safe. Not much going on here in Ohio. I am still working on somethings for next weekends bash, but for the most part this wekend is all about relaxing!

I'll second the motion! :cheers: My weekend will consist of getting the travel trailer loaded and ready to take off next Wednesday evening for the July 4th weekend. This will consist shopping for food and drinks, oh..... and some adult beverages! Then packing all of the clothing and other items that will be needed! Must remember to load up on the bug repellent! These mosquitoes are the size of large birds!

Whew.For a moment I thought this thread was going to be about real poets(Those folks who write poems,I mean.)

It's summer vacation for me, so I'm in the middle of a 3 month weekend :cheers: If it wasn't for the races I wouldn't even know what day of the week it is B)
