How long is this practace and can we get anopther update

One hour practice session, now over. Happy Hoour is about an hour from now.

Interestingly the lineup above is still accurate. Not sure if that means anything, but it seems unusual for the ranking to remain static for 20 minutes.

Teams may be doing tire wear or mileage runs, or tinkering, or who knows.

It's now over

No real surprises on that list, other than McMurray practicing 10th. Looks like he's going to be strong again this week.

No surprises. Again Ted Musgrave is in the mid 20s and Atwood is flirting with 40. You wonder what is going through Casey's head when he sees a part-time 3rd car added for this guy, and his full-time care can't do anything at all.

Yay for Jeff! I hope he runs strong on Sunday and brings home a victory. Another win in these last few races would help out a fairly rough season for the #24 bunch. He has nothing to lose at this point so I'm sure they'll be looking for victory.

Yes 3 wins is a fairly rough season. The poor thing has only won 3 races this year. It's a shame a lot of guys can't say they have 3 wins in their CAREER.

It hasn't been the championship-contending season Gordon has wanted, but all-in-all it hasn't been that bad of a season for him. He still can and probably will move up in the points yet.

I can feel the sarcasm.;)

With the standard that Jeff has set for himself, if he doesn't win the title on any given year then it's pretty much a disappointment. It's rough to think that way but it's also nice for everybody to have such high expectations of you.
