Hey, TRL....
Early Monday morning, we had a mild t-storm with some
moderate rain....it rained all day on Tuesday, but nothing
severe, although there were reports of some strong straight
line winds in the far western portions of the state, along
the Ohio River...
Have you dried out yet ??

Pretty much dried out here. My backyard is still a little squishy in places, but I did finally get the grass cut. The front yard drains better and has the full afternoon sun, so it's no problem.

You should see my yard !!!
I have sworn off raking leaves this year until
the last one falls....you literally cannot see
my grass anymore because of the thick blanket
of leaves....this is going to be some chore
when I get around to it...

Oh, Fiver, I need one of those! I'm always saying "when I get around to it." ROTFL
As for leaves, the back is covered and the trees aren't done yet. I'll probably do one more cut of the yard simply to get the leaves, then leave the rest ---- to "protect the grass from the harsh winter weather", dontcha know. hehehe

Harsh.....har-dee, har, har !!!
The leaves here are too thick to mow over
and mulch....my mower would probably stall...
after I get them raked up and hauled into
the woods, I'll shave the lawn one more time...
I love it when it snows...my yard looks just
as good as anyone else's....

Well, it does get down into the 30s, and sometimes even the 20s. Around here, that's "harsh". ROTFL
