Wow, look at those numbers for a Nationwide CC. I wonder what Chad Cup $'s would work out to be?

Former Kevin Harvick Inc. crew chief David Hyder is suing the team for breach of his contract, which included $300,000 in annual salary and consulting fees through 2012, according to the lawsuit.

Hyder, fired last week by the organization, filed the lawsuit Sept. 1 in North Carolina Superior Court in Asheboro, N.C.

According to the lawsuit, Hyder’s annual base salary was $150,000 and his DHR Inc. was being paid $12,500 a month in consulting fees as part of an agreement that included the 2011 and 2012 seasons.
