The techno music during the race start is so corny. I can't stand the sound of the electric motors. Sounds like nails on a chalkboard.

They have had dependable battery electric/motor combination cars/buses for years. they aren't breaking any ground IMO. I guess it is something to do if you live in the city and are looking for something to do. I watch sailboat races because they go by in front of my place and I can see them, but I wouldn't go a block to watch one and I am a sailor.

The racing is pretty good, the field has a lot of talent, and the manufacturer involvement is pretty incredible. The music is really goofy though, the terrible sound is hard to ignore, and the tracks aren't terrible inspiring. And the internet fans are pretty terrible.
