Formula One: Turbos or No??

I was reading not too long ago that Max Mosley was talking about incorporating turbos into the 2011 - 2012 season of F1 (i know, kinda far ahead) but i was wondering what you guys thought about this issue. I would post a link to the site i found this stuff, but i have lost track of it through all of my favorites and history... The idea basically is to limit the size of the motor and "decrease" the sound of the cars... in my opinion (lookin at Champ Car now) Champ Car incorporated them and.. uhh... i don't really think they are all that much quieter :) so what are your guys' opinions?
 
it's bad enough those things fly as they are...Turbos? no. That's like telling nascar, "OK, we're switching to 4 cylinder twin turbo because nobody likes V8's anymore".


Any race car will be loud unless you stick a muffler on it.
 
well, they wouldn't be adding the turbos to the size motors they have now... they would be reducing the size of the motor, but keep the horsepower at the same level by putting a turbocharger on it
