Some of my favorite Ryan Preece drives have come at Loudon. My favorite will always be in his second ever Xfinity start he finished 14th...in a Tommy Baldwin Racing car that's had (checks Racing Reference) 4 top tens in 425 starts. Also I'll always remember the year he ran full-time in Xfinity for Johnny Davis in one of the Flexseal crap cars. While he finished 19th, he was running 5th-15th most of the day with an absolute **** car. The best non-plate, non-Road Course run one of those cars has ever had that I can recall.

so I guess I am the only one that wouldnt feel bad if this track lost its only race? I never for some reason feel entertained by the racing here, its usually nap time. I try to go in with an open mind with each track, but this place doesnt do it for me.

I've always liked watching races from this place. I don't know why.

GTFO.

I'm from NE, and I've owned tickets here since 2004. If it came completely off of the schedule I would be devastated. Losing the September race was hard enough. But both? Man, race weekend is a personal holiday weekend for jaqua. I hope they never get rid of it

ah I would know the feeling. My family had Chicagoland tickets since 01. I know what its like to lose a home race. I wouldnt wish that on you or any other locals on here that love New Hampshire. It's just of my own opinion I could do with out it.

The track isn’t the problem. The cars are. Flat tracks thrive on horsepower and handling. Who can manage each turn without washing up?

Please tell me they aren’t running 550 here.

Nah man this ain't it. This track isn't great because of its total lack of banking and the weight of the cars. Once the tires start to wear you're on pins & needles basically trying to coast through the turns

Yeah. They ran that last year as well. Brad K dominated, but there was plenty of passing and handling. I feel like New Hampshire has actually put on good races since 2018.

The first 2 stages last year were fantastic racing. Brad, Blaney, Hamlin and a few others trading the lead. Then Brad hit on it for the last stage and drove away. So fun to watch in person, and wish I was going back this year.

I never cared much for Loudon, but I feel like the last handful of races here have been pretty good overall. Personally I'm glad it only has one race now, but it's on my short list of tracks I'm hoping to attend in the next couple years.

I like it, and it is unique compared to an abundance of 1.5 mile quad or tri-ovals. I don't think of it as short track which maxes out at .75 miles in my world, but at least it is smaller than most.

Hahaha. Im just mocking Boston sports fans/Bostonians in general.

Lived in the South all my life and never been to Boston. But I have been a Red Sox fan since the early 70s and prior the 1975 series.
As a kid I was a big Carlton Fisk fan and I hated and still root against the Damn Yankees.

I've been going there since it was Bryar motor sports park. Started going around 1979 for motorcycles, then the 'ol Busch series. When Bruton gave our 2nd race away, I wasn't happy. I've dropped serious ( since 94)September camping $ into the Bahres and Smith families pockets, and felt betrayed after the loss of race 2. I know they conspired and hosed North Wilkesboro, now I know how those fans felt. I'll do a Saturday day trip now and then in the summer, but I have been going to Bristol the last few years in the late summer/ fall.

I love this race. Yes, I really do. Brake....turn, turn, turn, damn it, turn, launch....So cool. Can't wait.
I agree. Unfortunately a couple years ago when I attended, I felt like I was watching a gentlemans sports car race where passes were given out like bathroom passes to 7th graders. Hoping for something more robust this weekend.

Hope they can put it on in the rain/mist. Here in New England it's rained 5 days a week for a month straight now with no end in sight. Today it felt like Seattle just cold and misty all day. Other days it's felt like Florida 95 degrees with thunderstorms in the afternoon. Very bizarre summer. Only a few days where it's been dry with hot, but reasonable temps in the 80s.

In Loudon there's a 30-50% chance of rain Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.... and the forecast doesn't go out to Wednesday

There is absolutely nothing wrong with a great nap during a Nascar race. Why do you think they moved them to 3:45 PM Eastern?

THIS. I have been watching the replay to prepare for this week. If the great words of KFB.....If you don't like that, don't even watch. Maybe the best race I have seen in years. Fabulous.
