Frank Kimmel is hurt!

Frank Kimmel, 9 time ARCA champion, was injured in a crash at Pocono. He has been transported to a nearby hospital center. They did not say he was conscious after the pulled him out of the car, but they did say he was talking in the medical center.
 
Latest update is that Frank should be released tomorrow.

Frank Kimmel injured in ARCA Pennsylvania 200, taken to nearby hospital for evaluation

Earlier today in the ARCA Pennsylvania200, Frank Kimmel was involved in a three car incident on lap 68 and was transported to a nearby hospital center for evaluation. ARCA reports Kimmel is alive, conscious and in good spirits. He is being kept overnight for further evaluation and is expected to be released tomorrow.

Thank god. Could've been much worse. :eek:

Can't wait to see ole' Frank out in New Jersey. Glad he's okay. Just one more reason to enjoy the ARCA New Jersey 150. :growl:
