My kids school is locked down

Police say they are looking for a man who appeared to be carrying a hard-shelled firearms case on Thursday morning. Six northside schools are locked down. (Ed Hunter/CBC)

Turns out guy had a gun case.
no risk, but weird.
Who carries a gun case around?
Its like a guy walking around waiving a plastic toy pistol in a store.
The guy is asking for trouble

Maybe he just bought it? Maybe he's perfectly legally transporting a perfectly legal firearm? It's sad that doing something perfectly legal triggers such fearful overreaction.
