I've been riding the four-wheeler around the property this afternoon. Durn near got myself stuck, too.

Dodging downed tree limbs and sticker vines takes concentration. LOL

Hubby is out on the back-hoe knocking over dead trees.

Anyone need some firewood? Bring your trailer and come on down.

Sounds fun. That is one thing I hate abotu this new house is that we are smack dab in the middle of the neighborhood. Our old house we were off a busy road but only 4 houses and they all were diffrent distances from the road. Huge yards and plenty of area to do stuff like bike riding( if we used 2 of the yards) , we did not have fantcy 4 wheelers, but also i was just a kid when we lived there.

I wish My dad still lived at his old home in Ill. It was a nice Log cabin house with a small pond that was set back in the woods along with the house. There was deer, rabbits, Birds, SNAKES  and cows, yes cows! Plus there was PLENTY of room to take a hike, 4-wheel etc. basicly I want to move back out to the country.

I have never been on a four wheeler, always thought it would be fun though. I have 9 acres, a complete acre is a pond. In the winter I have a lot of snow mobilers that like to ride my property. Never did that either. Maybe next year I will give them permission only if they take me for a ride. :D
How much land do you have TRL? You be careful on that fourwheeler. ;)

TRL, the rain shouldn't last long. We had a reall gully washer here this morning, but the sun is out and temp should get up to around 80*!

Man I wish we had that many acres!! we only have .75!! CAn't wait untill i get old enought and have enought money to move out to the country. I like in the country now (sorta) but its a neighborhood out in the country.

We have 36 acres, DeeDee ---- 34 of it is trees and more trees.

I'm grounded today --- it's raining up here. Looks like I'll have to do housework. :p
36 acres WOW! that's a lot. A lot of trees...I want that so bad, when I bought my property it had 2 trees on it. 9 acres with only two trees, that was three years ago, now I have a couple dozen, but it gets expensive. I hope to put some more in this year. I want a little bit of a wooded area, more trees less to mow! Not that I have EVER used a mower! I pay someone to do that. Odd, I don't even want to learn to mow, but will spend hours each evening in my flower and vegatable gardens. hope the weather improves for some more four wheeling. :)
