Heard oil was trading at below $50 on the Asian market when I got up this morning.
Has any oil company proposed building a new refinery anywhere in the US?

Every year it's the same song, maintenance and switching over to summer blend.
In the fall it's switching over to winter blend and stock piling heating oil.

I heard it's because of a labor strike at some refinery. that's because my prices are stayen pretty much the same. around 2.28.

I trief to talk the wife into us buying $10k of oil last fall. Then sale in about a year, hard to lose imo.

But she wanted to pay down the mortage instead. The interest savings is guaranteed.
