Good news for Gil De Ferran and the IRL as a whole. Gil has partnered with Steve Luczo and Jay Penske at Luczo Dragon Racing. Gil will serve as co-owner, president, and managing partner for Luczo Dragon Racing/De Ferran Motorsports. Raphael Matos is thier current driver. I look for good things to come from this team.
