Second half was a horrible bore.
Well, buying the best talent in the country just bought UCONN their third national championship in 12 years.

They weren't that great when UVM nearly upset them in November. They got lucky.

That game was horribly ugly. I'm a basketball junkie and I couldn't watch all of it. I've seen better shooting in local high school games. As a matter of fact, I've seen better shooting at the local park on the weekends. I was rooting for Butler so that made the game even harder to watch.

i watched a little and listened to the rest while on the computer. this entire tournament has been the worst in my memory. just bad/sloppy play all around. definitely not a banner year for college basketball.

I didn't watch a lot of the game last night, started way too late for me, and I probably watched a total of about 5 games all tournament. What I did see was just so so games, pretty much a medicore tournament all around. What is beyond me is how these kids miss so many foul shots, even the pros too!

College sports in a nutshell. Colleges don't give free educations to the standout scholar from high school who's destined to be a Nobel Prize winner.
Hell, one school paid Snookie more to speak than they paid a Nobel Prize winner in economics.

I have watched College basketball for about 25 years, that has to be the worst game I have witnessed, period.
I cannot stand UCONN, Jim Calhoun, and the fact that Butler didn't beat UCONN.

can't argue with that. hard to imagine that this was the ncaa college basketball championship game. our local community college team could have played just as well, maybe better.
