Go or go home drivers

If NASCAR's capable of running a two hour practice, but qualifying gets rained out, they should give those guys a chance. Revert to practice speeds instead of telling a top 10 racecar (John Andretti) that "you're faster than 40 other cars, you're going home!"

NASCAR is just like the government man, they're looking after the big shot drivers with the $30,000,000 sponsors and their hundreds of thousands of dollars of racecar.

Nice way of getting back to the basics.

Andy Sometimes I worry about you being out in this world alone.

Andy, just what do you think is paying for the show? The top 35 rule was put in place for that very reason. At the time, the field sometimes had to be filled with "field fillers" who didn't have much sponsorship, but could knock out a driver who did have complete sponsorship. It's all about money, and don't think the drivers don't want it that way. Take away those boy's millions and you'll see them heading to the open wheel circuits quicker than those boys are coming into NASCAR.
