Going Green at Sonoma ... Chat it up

Posted awards: $5.47 million.

Those things just keep climbin' and climbin. Even at the road courses!

Of course! Every week, the first driver to have trouble is on my fantasy team.

Last week- Ryan Newman. This week, Tony Stewart.

Kyle

Good thing they didn't have Tony's mike open. Don't think it's a good idea to listen to drivers conversations when they are wrecking anyway.

Montoya watch- From 32nd to 20th by lap 12.

LOL- I posted that a minute before they started talking about it.

what are they waiting for? i guess because green or yellow - it doesn't matter at a road course.

just got our electric back. MAJOR Thunderstorm down here!!!

miss anything good?

You really can't tell anything until about 20 laps left. Maybe not even then.

Watching road races is a totally different experience. And it's gotten even weirder the last few years when all the crew chiefs finally understand the nuances of pitting. Remember when they used to all pit under yellow? Years ago. I remember Geoff Bodine winning at the Glen because he short pitted. No one else was even thinking about that.

Jamie done well today.

LAME! I suppose Betsy won't be making any Robby snipes today though. At least the good showing will help with sponsorship and all the exposure from the commentators, as terrible as the coverage was, helps as well. Congrats JPM for a fuel mileage victory at a road course.

Oops! I guess even Kyle Petty curses once in a while :)

Actually, he does it quite a bit during a race. Which is sad considering what he supposedly stands for and all the good deeds he does. Then again, no one is perfect. I am far from it myself.

Me too.

cursing doesn't really mean anything, they are only words, he wasn't using them against anyone, he was merely expressing surprise. It wasn't like he damned someone. I think its humanizing.
