I'm rather ambivilent about this. I don't like the idea of someone watching me, yet, at the same time, I'm not going to be doing something I shouldn't to be worrying about being caught.

The government can also read you email and scan your phone conversations. Library, medical and other records can be checked without any court order. Also constitutional rights don't apply to suspected terrorists

I don't see what the big deal is....if you are not doing anything you're not supposed to be doing, then what do you have to worry about. Any time we can get the smallest advantage in the war on terrorism the better IMO.
